Gigaclear Networks sincerely apologise for the prolonged outage you have experienced.

We are currently working on an issue affecting the link between two of our sites which has caused loss of service for customers connected to them in Clipston, Great Cransley and Sibbertoft.

We shall have services restored by 18:00 on 25/11/2019, but are continually working to expedite the return of your service as soon as we can.

Gigaclear Networks have brought the majority of customers across the Clipston, Great Cransley and Sibbertoft areas. A minoritory of customers remain offine within the Clipson area, and will continue to work until all customers services have been restored.

We have detected an issue affecting multiple cabinets and customers connected to them in Clipston, Great Cransley, Sibbertoft. Our engineers are investigating the cause.
