The unplanned outage has now been restored. You should be able to access your broadband service as usual.

The reason for the loss of services in the area has been identified as planned works by a third party which our team did not receive notification of. All services are due to be restored by 7am on 17/11/21. We will confirm shortly after this once all services have been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are aware of an issue affecting customers in Clifton Hampden and the surrounding area in Oxfordshire. We are currently looking into the issue and will update you when we have more information. We do not currently have an ETA
